Shipment & Delivery
1. Please note: We currently have services only in the United States.
2. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts.
(1) Order processing time: usually 1-5 business days. It refers to the time elapsed between the time the customer places the order and the time the seller hands the order over to the delivery service. Orders are usually shipped within 1-5 business days after order confirmation/payment. Delays may occur for orders placed on weekends.Our warehouse only operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum. Note: The cut-off time for orders is 6:00 PM (GMT+08:00). After the cut-off time, we will not process orders received on the same day.
(2) Shipping Time: Usually 7-28 business days. Here are the shipping details. (Delivery time = processing time + shipping time) Shipping time to different countries or regions is filled in as actual.

3. Tracking
You will receive an email when your order is shipped out. A tracking number will be provided (tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update. If you are unable to track your package properly, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48. You could track order anytime you want.
4. Delivery timeout
If your order is delayed, Please contact us by email info@danceshoesmart.com, we will verify the situation with the shipping company in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding and support.
5. Order Cancellation
If you contact us promptly after your purchase, we can cancel your order for you. If your payment is complete but the package has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before the item is delivered. We will refund your money in full. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
6. About taxes
There will be no more charges once you have placed your order successfully. In some cases, there may be VAT or other taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by your destination country. However, based on our experience, such a situation is very rare.
If you still have some concerns about the tax, you can learn some information about your local customs policy. We are more than willing to help if there is anything we can do.
7. Delivery Time Exceeded
Delivery time may experience delays due to unexpected situations, like customs inspection, severe weather, strikes, etc. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at info@danceshoesmart.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will check the situation with the transportation company on time. Thanks for your understanding and support.
8. Can I change my delivery address after the product has shipped?
Shipment information cannot be changed once the product is en route.
